Last updated: 2026-09-06

ai-foto.pl is an informational website. There is no account registration, no contact form and no analytics, statistics or advertising tools. Below we explain what data is nevertheless created, why we process it and what rights you have.

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is AI-FOTO — Magdalena Reszpondek, ul. Stanisława Dubois 114/116 lok. 1.28, 93-465 Łódź, Poland, NIP (Polish Tax ID) 7292483278, REGON 387034832.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer. All requests are handled through the contact details above.

2. What data we process

The scope of data depends solely on how you use the site:

  • Technical data from server logs — IP address, date and time of the request, requested URL, response code, browser and operating system type and version, referring page. Recorded automatically by the web server each time a page is opened.
  • Data you provide when contacting us — if you send us an email, call us or write via WhatsApp, we process the data you choose to provide: name, email address, phone number, company name and the content of your message.
  • Appearance settings — stored only in your browser’s local storage and never sent to our server. See the Cookie Policy for details.

The site contains no contact forms, does not allow account registration and collects no data automatically other than the server logs described above.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data in accordance with the GDPR (EU 2016/679):

  • Providing the website, ensuring it works correctly and securely, and detecting abuse or attack attempts — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the controller).
  • Answering your enquiry and conducting correspondence, including steps prior to entering into a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • Meeting tax and accounting obligations if a contract is concluded — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

4. Is providing data mandatory

Providing your data is entirely voluntary. Without an email address or phone number, however, we will not be able to reply to your enquiry.

5. Recipients of the data

Data may be accessed only by the following categories of recipients:

  • The provider of the server infrastructure hosting the site (servers located in the European Union).
  • The email service provider handling our correspondence.
  • BunnyWay d.o.o. (Bunny.net, Slovenia) — CDN and video player provider. Material in the “Demo” section is served from their servers, so they receive your IP address when that section is displayed or a video is played.
  • Meta Platforms Ireland Limited — only if you choose to use the WhatsApp button. The conversation then takes place in the WhatsApp application under that provider’s terms.
  • Public authorities entitled to receive data under applicable law.

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Transfers outside the EEA

The website and our correspondence are handled within the European Economic Area.

Using the WhatsApp button may involve a transfer of data outside the EEA by Meta Platforms, under the terms and transfer mechanisms described in that provider’s privacy policy.

7. Retention periods

  • Server logs — no longer than 14 days, after which they are deleted automatically.
  • Correspondence — for as long as needed to handle the matter, and then for the limitation period of any potential claims.
  • Accounting records, if a contract was concluded — for 5 years from the end of the tax year in which the tax obligation arose.

8. Your rights

In connection with the processing of your data you have the right to:

  • access your data and obtain a copy of it,
  • rectify (correct) your data,
  • erase your data,
  • restrict processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest.

To exercise these rights, write to magdalena@reszpondek.pl.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

9. Cookies and local storage

The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools. It only remembers the appearance settings you choose, in your browser’s local storage. Details are described in the Cookie Policy.

10. The photo generation service

ai-foto.pl presents what the service can do but does not itself deliver it. Account registration and use of the photo generation application take place at fit-studio.eu, which has its own terms of service and its own privacy policy. Please review them before creating an account.

11. Automated decision-making

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that would produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example following changes in law or in how the site operates. The current version is always available on this page and the date of the last update is shown at the top.
