Terms of Service

1. General provisions

2. Definitions

• Website — the site available at ai-foto.pl together with its subpages.
• Provider — the entity identified in section 1.
• User — any person using the Website.
• Application — the separate photo generation platform available at fit-studio.eu, operating under its own terms of service.

3. Type and scope of services

The Website is informational and promotional in nature. The Provider supplies, by electronic means and free of charge, access to the content of the Website — descriptions, images and video presenting what the product photography service can do.

It is not possible to create an account, place an order or conclude a contract on the Website. Those actions take place exclusively in the Application, under its own terms of service.

Use of the Website is free of charge and requires no registration.

4. Technical requirements

To use the Website properly you need:

• a device with internet access,
• a current version of a web browser with JavaScript enabled,
• an active email account if you wish to contact us electronically.

5. Conditions of use

The User undertakes to use the Website in a manner consistent with the law and good practice. In particular, it is prohibited to:

• supply unlawful content,
• take actions that disrupt the operation of the Website or its infrastructure,
• automatically download the Website’s content in a way that places an excessive load on the server,
• impersonate the Provider or use its marks without consent.

The Provider may block access to the Website for a User who breaches these rules.

6. Copyright

The content, graphics, videos, marks and the layout and design of the Website are legally protected and belong to the Provider or are used under appropriate licences.

Copying, reproducing, distributing or otherwise using this material beyond permitted personal use requires the Provider’s prior written consent.

The example model photographs presented on the Website were generated in whole or in part using artificial intelligence and serve solely to illustrate what the service can do.

7. Liability

The Provider makes every effort to keep the Website available and the information presented on it accurate and up to date.

The Provider reserves the right to temporary technical interruptions and to changes in the content of the Website. Information about service parameters, prices and results is indicative — binding terms are set out in the Application’s terms of service.

8. Complaints

Complaints regarding the operation of the Website may be submitted to magdalena@reszpondek.pl.

A complaint should describe the problem and include contact details allowing us to reply. We respond within 14 days of receiving the complaint.

A consumer may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, in particular before a permanent consumer arbitration court or a provincial inspector of the Trade Inspection in Poland, and may obtain free assistance from a district (municipal) consumer ombudsman.

9. Personal data

The rules for processing Users’ personal data are described in the Privacy Policy. Information about browser local storage and third parties can be found in the Cookie Policy.

10. Final provisions

Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.

The Provider may amend these Terms for valid reasons, in particular following changes in law or in the scope of the services provided. Amended Terms are published on the Website together with the date of the update and take effect upon publication.

These Terms are effective from the date shown as the last update.
